Transparent, Pay-as-you-grow Pricing

HwebPay is committed to providing affordable payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Here is a detailed breakdown of our fees:

Local Transactions (Nigeria)

For payments made with Nigerian-issued cards or bank accounts:

• Fee: 1.5% + ₦100 per transaction.
• Cap: Our fees are capped at ₦2,000. This means even if you process a ₦10 million transaction, the maximum fee you will ever pay is ₦2,000.
• The ₦100 fee is waived for transactions below ₦2,500.

International Transactions

For payments made with cards issued outside Nigeria (USD, GBP, etc.):

• Fee: 3.9% + ₦100 per transaction.
• Processing international payments involves currency conversion and higher cross-border costs, which is reflected in the rate.
• Funds are settled into your NGN account at competitive daily exchange rates.

Payouts & Transfers

When you send money from your HwebPay balance to a bank account:

• ₦10 for transfers of ₦5,000 and below.
• ₦25 for transfers between ₦5,001 and ₦50,000.
• ₦50 for transfers above ₦50,000.

Additional Services

• Identity Verification (KYC): ₦10 - ₦50 per check depending on the level (NIN, BVN, etc.).
• Virtual Accounts: We offer both free and premium virtual account options for automated bank transfer reconciliation.
