2. Eligibility

To use HwebPay, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. For business accounts, you must be an authorized representative of the entity.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using HwebPay for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, or fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Fees and Settlements

HwebPay charges fees for transactions as outlined in our Pricing page. Settlements are processed according to the schedule associated with your account type and compliance status.

6. Limitation of Liability

HwebPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
