Recognizing Phishing Attempts

Phishing is a deceptive technique used by scammers to steal your login credentials by pretending to be HwebPay. Stay vigilant by checking for these signs:

  • The Sender Email: All official communication from us comes from @hwebpay.com or @hwebpay.test. Be wary of emails like hwebpay-support@gmail.com.
  • The URL: Always check your browser’s address bar. The only place you should enter your credentials is hwebpay.test/login.
  • Urgency: Scammers often use threatening language (e.g., "Your account will be closed in 1 hour"). HwebPay will NEVER ask for your password or API keys over email or phone.
