Password Best Practices

A strong password is the first line of defense. HwebPay requires passwords to be complex to protect your merchant dashboard. Follow these guidelines:

• Complexity: Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*).
• Length: Minimum 12 characters. Longer is always better.
• Uniqueness: Never reuse your HwebPay password on any other site (e.g., social media or other gateways).

Our system will periodically ask you to update your password if we detect that it might have been compromised in a third-party data breach.
