Chargeback Fees & Policies

When a chargeback is initiated, the bank charges a processing fee (typically ₦5,000 for local cards). If you resolve the dispute successfully and prove the transaction was legitimate, we waive this fee. However, if the dispute is lost or the merchant is found at fault, the fee is deducted from your balance.
